Location

Central Business Park is strategically located in the centre of Ireland. Situated on the outskirts of Tullamore, Co. Offaly, off the main Tullamore to Portlaoise road (N80), Central Business Park is within easy reach of the town centre, and in close proximity to the new Tullamore bypass, which is scheduled to open in 2010 and will connect the park with the main M6 Dublin to Galway route.

The area surrounding the park is predominantly commercial in nature with a number of similar type occupiers in the vicinity, including the offices of the Department of Education and Science and Teagasc (the Agriculture and Food Development Authority).
