Block 2, Block 4 and Block 6 at Central Business Park are currently occupied. The latest phase of development consists of Block 3 and Block 5, both of which have full planning permission for four-storey corporate style office blocks. Design and build options are available on the remaining Block 7 and Block 8 which have outline planning permission.
